Recently, Shandong Huana New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huana New Energy”) and Jiangsu Highstar Battery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd signed a strategic cooperation agreement on sodium-ion battery technology to carry out in-depth technical cooperation in the research and development of anode materials for sodium-ion batteries and the application of sodium-ion batteries through the establishment of a long-lasting, stable and close strategic partnership.
According to the agreement, Huana New Energy will provide customized sodium-ion battery cathode material products for Jiangsu Highstar Battery, and provide corresponding technical support based on the feedback of sodium-ion battery product test data to optimize product performance and jointly promote the research and development and innovation of sodium-ion battery products.
Jiangsu Highstar, as a national-level key high-tech enterprise in China, has been engaged in the research, production, and sales of secondary chemical power sources for 31 years. It has established comprehensive research and manufacturing capabilities in the field of high-power and energy storage batteries, and owns core technologies across the entire industry chain, including materials, spare parts, cells, BMS and system integration.
